In February, WARC, the international authority on advertising and media effectiveness, released the results of the 2018 WARC 100. This is an annual global index of the world’s top marketing campaigns and companies based on their business impact. WARC 100 considers campaign, brand, and agency performance across 70 top global, regional, and national marketing competitions to rank these brands.
For five years, the WARC 100 has set the bar for using a very structured methodology. Campaigns, brands, and agencies are awarded points that correlate to the award level from each competition. From there, each of the 70 competitions are weighted based on their prestige and criteria.
