In the last few weeks, I’ve had an opportunity to speak to hundreds multiple franchisee and small business owners on the topic of sales and marketing in the digital age. And, one thing has become abundantly clear – most business owners are still not grasping the power of social media to help boost sales and drive revenue.

At the end of my keynote for SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association), which attracts over 160,000 attendees, many of the attendees remarked that they had never realized how much, and in how many ways, they were leaving money on the table by not leveraging social media correctly – or at all.
