Of the popular social media platforms, I find that Twitter gets the most resistance and piques the most questions. When I first started on the platform, I was a bit confused myself. I’ve since had countless clients tell me they just don’t get it. People don’t think their target market will use Twitter.
Here is an interesting fact, though: In China, the platform is blocked. Still, it is estimated that 10 million Chinese residents use Twitter. Additionally, the global network is comprised of a community that is accepting of constant communication from your brand, meaning you can tweet all day and night.
